  1. Herbed Chicken

  3. 2 Tbsp butter
  4. 2 Tbsp olive oil
  5. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  6. 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  7. 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  8. 1 1/2 tsp fresh basil, chopped 
  9. 1/4 tsp fresh oregano
  10. 2 large cloves, finely chopped
  11. 2 1/2 - 3 lbs fryer chicken, cut up
  12.  
  13. Heat butter and oil in rectangular pan, 13 X 9 in a preheated 375 degree
  14. oven. Stir in remaining ingredients except chicken. Place chicken--skin
  15. sided up-- coating it with the herbs. Bake uncovered for 30 mins. Turn the
  16. chicken and continue to bake for 35 mins.
